We went to church today and all the people at the Christian Care Center were so excited to have us back. We were gone for two weeks. They all think Glade and Addison have grown so much. Carl read a scripture at both services today, he is working hard to create those new pathways in his brain.
Addison and I went to a wedding shower for a friend from Saturn Road. Everyone said Addison is such a cutie! She got passed around to lots of ladies. The bride made her giggle and then she got the hiccups. She gets hiccups every time she laughs, which makes us all laugh more!
While we were at the shower Glade got some quality time with daddy. I got home to find them both sleeping in our bed. It was so cute.
We give them a bath every night. They have outgrown the hammock in the tub we sit on the sink, so now we just sit them in the tub. Tonight was the second night without the hammock and they both have already picked up on it. Glade has learned to kick his feet and get splashes everywhere. Tim was bathing him and he kicked so good that Tim, the counter and everything on it got a bath as well. Addison doesn't splash, but she has learned to arch her back so that she slides down in the water so that only her head is above the water! I don't blame her, I like to have my whole body in the tub too.
They both were really tired tonight. Neither one of them could stay awake to finish their bottle. Hopefully they will still sleep all night. Keep you fingers crossed for us!
I am off to bed. Sweet Dreams!
Leah
