Merry Christmas 2011

Here is a quick recap of our Christmas Season.  I will adding some more specific posts in the next few days, but until then....

Santa sent Buddy back to us and he sent us a new girl Elf, which we named Jennifer.  The kids loved having the elves.  Glade woke up early early each morning to see what the elves were up to.

Some cute Christmas shirts I made!

Santa came to preschool!

We made cookies for Santa, and ate some of them

The kids left food for Santa's reindeer

Santa Came! Santa Came! (Glade would already know that because he was already down stairs playing with his toys before Mommy and Daddy got up!)

Addison with her new Singing Machine!
Glade checking out his new flashlight
More to come....

Reindeer Party

At Preschool the kids had a Reindeer party. They played Reindeer games, made a reindeer cookie and brought home some reindeer food, which we used to feed Santa's reindeer the night they came to our house.  Of course I had to make the kids these cute reindeer shirts for their party day.  I LOVE how cute they turned out.

Addison is my good picture taker.

Addison and her good buddy Cole.  We may have some trouble with this boy in a few years!  Cole adores Addison.  He is so sweet!

 Glade and his friend Noah

Playing reindeer games.  Addison did not quite get rudolph's nose in the right spot.

Christmas Lights

One night while at Grammy and Pappy's house over Christmas we drove to Johnson City to see the lights.  I have always loved to go see their lights.  They are always so good, and or course the best part...they are FREE!

Here they are looking at the baby Jesus.  They have really learned a lot about the story of Jesus this year.  I am so greatful for all their teachers at Church and Preschool.
These are the lights outside the Electric Company.  We joked that everyone's bill must go up in the month of December to help pay for all these lights.  It was beautiful.

You cannot look at lights without hot chocolate!

Where is pappy?  Do you see him?

Crazy Christmas at Grammy and Pappy's

The only thing crazy about the Christmas was the people we spent it with...just see for yourself!
The good thing about writing the blog...I do not have to include myself in the craziness!
