School Pictures

Here are our pictures from preschool. They turned out cute. We are taking Christmas pictures on Saturday. I can't wait for those! I'll post them when I get the sneak peak!

Preschool Carnival

Last Saturday was the carnival for our preschool at church. This year Glade and Addison are Pebbles and BammBamm. Their costumes turned out pretty cute, but Glade was not in the mood for pictures. Here is what we got.
Trying to get a picture of them together. Our sweet Pebbles
I was sick that night, so Tim and Grandma took the kids to the carnival.
Here they are in the Spooky Speedway, their favorite of the night.

Look at that cutie

Glade and Addison got to enjoy a cookie

Mmmm! Cookies!

Another favorite was the balloons!

And of course, Glade loved the basketball

Thanks Daddy for taking us!

I am so thankful for Tim. He was such a good dad and husband last weekend while I was sick. He took them to the carnival and to church on his own. You're the best babe! I love you!

Pumpkin Patch

Last week my sister and her kids came for a visit and we went to the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch. We had a great time, but Glade and Addison were not too cooperative. It was during their nap time. Addison took better pictures than Glade.
This is the best picture of them togetherGlade driving the tractor
Finally we got a smile

It's been a while!

I can't believe I went this long without posting. We have been busy. I met my parents last Tuesday and they took the kids to their house. I will probably meet them tomorrow to get them back. I miss them so much. I can't wait to see them again. While they have been gone I have done lots of things. I slept in. I went shopping. I painted the kitchen. We went to a movie. I took a nap. I organized the playroom. I read a book.
I am getting ready to start on my craft room. It's been nice to have some time to get those things done. It's amazing how quickly I can get stuff done without two little ones going behind me undoing things.

I will post pictures soon!

I did it!

Awhile back I mentioned that once we moved and were settled I was going to get serious about eating healthy and losing weight. So, today is the day. I started a blog so I have somewhere to keep track of my success...because I'm going to be successful! Anyway, take a look if you want. Nothing fancy just me telling you what I ate for the day and what kind of exercise I have done. Hopefully this will motivate me to really make this change in my life. My blog is www.leahlosinit.blogspot.com

Enjoy!

A Day in the life of Glade, Addison and Mommy

We had the day off today. Come see what we did today!
We had breakfast. Sausage, scrambled eggs, and a banana. At one point Addison was bending down and getting her food in her mouth without using her hands or her fork. Just like the dogs eat I guess. I couldn't get a picture of it though. Glade looks just like Tim's baby pictures here.
While mommy was making lunch, Glade and Addison were playing...with a chair from the table.
Here is Glade sliding down the slide at the park. Here's Addison, she had strange ways of going down the slide. Notice her hair...it was REALLY windy.
We had a picnic lunch. Look at how good they do with the CapriSuns!
Then we went for a walk around the little lake at the park.
Glade loves him some cookies. I think he learned this from Pappy!

They were too busy looking at the boy on the bench. Notice, Glade still has the cookie in his mouth.

I just love these two pictures! She was watching the people go by. I wish I could know what was going through her little mind.

After our time at the park, both Glade and Addison were ready for their nap. Glade didn't make it home before he fell asleep.
Addison was still awake, but had very heavy eyes!
While the kids took a great nap, I got to unload the dishwasher, take a longer than 5 minute shower, and do 3 loads of laundry. Plus, I got to update the blog. I need to be this productive everyday!
