WOW, my 300th post!!
If I was a good blogger I would post a list of 300 things or something about 300...but instead I will start my post about our vacation to Colorado. I have more than 300 pictures so I will have to make it several posts over the next few days!

First Sleepover
Addison got to spend the night with a friend for the first time last week. She was beyond excited. She told me exactly what pj's she wanted to pack, and she gathered up the toys and pillows she wanted too. When Kinsley's mommy and daddy came to pick them up she was ready to go. I have to admit I was a little concerned she would hesistate leaving with them, but she gave us hugs and said she would be good and then climbed right in the car. I know she had a good time! When we picked her up she was not ready to leave. Holly said that they watched a movie that night and at one point Addison looked around and asked why they didn't have a brother! Hopefully she will continue loving sleepovers. I remember being a homebody and not enjoying sleepovers too much!
While Addison enjoyed her sleepover, Glade got some one on one time with mommy and daddy before our early morning trip to the hospital to get another tube put in his ear. He lost the one in his right ear and was having some issues with fluid in his ear. We went to get a special drink...Glade chose chocolate milk. Then we went to the store and Glade got to pick out a special car to take with him to the doctor. Just like before Glade was FUNNY after taking his goofy juice. We got some video of and once Tim gets it off his phone I will post it for you to enjoy! He did great and will go for checkup in late July. His first request after surgery was to go pick up Addison...followed by a quick request for donuts! He sure missed his sister!

Happy Father's Day
My Special Daddy
by Glade
My Daddy is the most wonderful daddy in the world.
He is as handsome as a dragon.
He is as strong as a dragon.
He can lift 5 lbs. and is 50 tall.
His favorite food is hot dogs.
His favorite activity is work, play football and basketball.
In the good ole days when Daddy was little, he used to have a birthday and play football.
I think my Daddy looks funny when he tickles me.
But I know he is really mad when he doesn't see a clean house.
I wish my Daddy would play football and basketball and go see airplanes and cowboys rope cows with me everyday.
I would not trade my Daddy for a gun.
Happy Father's Day, Daddy!

But I know he is really mad when he doesn't see the car clean.
I wish my Daddy would _play chairs with me everyday.
I would not trade my Daddy for a necklace

Swim Lessons
Last week the kids had swim lessons with Ms. Laura. They sure did miss seeing her at preschool everyday this year, but were so excited to get to swim! I consider myself lucky to have two kids who are not afraid of swimming. They picked right up where she left off last year. This year they are pretty much swimming on their own. They still need a noodle or floatie, but they have got it down! From the very first day they were both asking to jump off the diving board. They got to do it before the week was over.
Here is the whole clas listening to Ms. Laura.

Addison's new outfit
Grammy made Addison a super cute new outfit and she wore it to church this Sunday. I took pictures so Grammy could see how cute it looks on her. While Addison was not in the best of mood for the pictures you can see how cute it is!
Still not in a good mood!
There is a smile!
Touch a Truck
Our city sponsored an event called Touch a Truck. The kids got to get inside and walk around all kinds of trucks. We met some friends downtown to go through all the different trucks. There was a firetruck, police car, school bus, army truck, 18 wheeler and many others. We also got to see the CareFlite helicopter land.
This is the firetruck.
Driving the school bus
Cooling off in the DART bus that had A/C
And finally the best one of all...the MOTORCYCLE!

We were all hot and hungry by this time so we headed to Jason's Deli to eat lunch and then swim.
Roughriders Game
Our One in Heart group for church went to see a Roughriders baseball game last weekend. It was so much fun. Our seats were in the grass so we all brought blankets and the kids got to run around. While we did not get to see a winning game for our team, we did have a good time. Glade held on to his baseball glove the whole time! He has been interested in playing baseball since we went to the game. Maybe we will have a baseball player in our future?
We enjoyed all of the normal baseball treats...cotton candy, nachos, ice cream and peanuts.
This is a picture of all the kiddos at the game...except for one family who left before we took the picture.
Addison and her Daddy! Such a sweet picture!
