An afternoon at the park

The kids have been asking to go to the park after school for about 2 week.  I have had to put them off because of rain or me working for two weeks straight.  So yesterday I loaded their bikes in the back of the suburban and picked them up from school.  They were so excited!

They hung around like monkeys!

 Climbed trees.

 

A bike ride is not complete without riding through a puddle!

 

 

This little girl is so proud to be riding without training wheels!  One of the girls in our neighborhood had an old bike that she had outgrown that had the peals taken off.  She practiced with that for a few days and then she took off on Glade's old bike!  She was so proud of herself!
